"Elijah James Crane has failed to faithfully perform the duties of the office for which he was elected by the people of District 2 in the State of Arizona. Following are the Grounds for this recall petition: • Mr. Crane has failed to represent his constituency, especially U.S. military veterans. He has watched, passively, as veteran services, benefits, and jobs have been reduced and eliminated, betraying our nation's protectors. • Further, Mr. Crane has been a silent observer as the U.S. abandons trusted allies and aligns with forces our veterans actively defended against. • Mr. Crane has remained silent and impassive with regard to the educational upheaval and economic turmoil citizens in his district face, especially those in rural communities. • Mr. Crane watched without comment as thousands of U.S. Forest Service workers have been fired and those jobs eliminated on the cusp of the annual wildfire season. District 2 includes the site of one of the deadliest wildland fires in U.S. history, the Yarnell Hill fire. The citizens of District 2 trusted Mr. Crane to represent their best interests and to recognize the immense value the electorate places on that representation. He has failed his constituents."",

SB 1543 requires a municipality with at least 200,000 but less than 500,000 persons to allow, as of right and regardless of whether it is allowed under the applicable zoning, hotel use and multifamily residential housing in any zoning district that allows light industrial use, if those uses are within an international headquarters campus and the headquarters will (a) employ more than 1,000 full-time employees at an average annual compensation over 125% of the median wage of the county, and (b) restrict occupancy in at least 30% of the multifamily residential housing units on campus to headquarters employees, police officers, firefighters, teachers, veterans or health care workers and who work within five miles of the campus or who are families of headquarters employees. SB 1543 prohibits an agreement for occupancy of any multifamily residential housing unit within the campus for a period of less than 90 consecutive days with certain exceptions. And SB 1543 also allows municipalities to impose certain height limits on buildings and requires that at least 5% of the housing be designated as low or middle income housing for at least ten years."
"Limits total annual compensation and severance or similar post employment compensation for executives, administrators, and managers of private for-profit and nonprofit hospitals; hospital groups; hospital-affiliated medical entities; and physicians' groups of 25 or more physicians. Limit is 15 times the annual earnings of a full-time worker paid the State minimum wage for non-tipped workers for 2080 hours. Defines "Total Annual Compensation" to include wages, salaries, bonuses, cash payments, loans, housing, transportation, certain benefits, severance and similar forms of compensation, and other types of compensation. Excludes from total annual compensation health and disability insurance, contributions to health reimbursement and health savings accounts, and forms of compensation that would cause the Act's limits to be preempted by federal law or violate State or federal constitutions. Exempts medical professionals whose primary duties are not executive or managerial. Requires annual reporting related to Act to Attorney General. Provides for enforcement, including Attorney General enforcement and oversight authority; enforcement via civil actions, including under consumer fraud statute; and remedies and penalties for violations. Makes a nonprofit's failure to comply with Act grounds to revoke state tax exemptions. Applies only to compensation arrangements made or authorized on or after Act's effective date."
"This Act amends the Arizona Constitution to establish a fundamental right to vote; including: (1) for any statewide election, in-person on Election Day at voting centers where any voter In the county can vote the correct ballot, (2) for any statewide election, early in-person through the Monday before the election, and (3) for any election, early by mall. The Legislature cannot reduce the early voting period and any law, rule, or regulation restricting the right to vote must be narrowly tailored and necessary to serve a compelling state interest. The Act allows voters to request placement on the early voting list to get a mail ballot for every election; prescribes when voters can be removed from that list; requires in person voters to present valid identification; prescribes acceptable forms of identification; allows voters who don't present identification to vote provisionally and have their ballot counted only after providing identification by the required deadline; requires the State to provide free identification cards to voters without a driver's license; requires the outcome of elections to be determined solely by the votes cast by eligible U.S. citizen voters, and exempts the Act from article IX, § 23 of the Constitution."",
