Oregon Initiatives, Referendums & Recalls

Every initiative petition, referendum, and recall currently tracked by the Oregon Secretary of State, organized by election cycle. Most petitions are in the early "prospective" stage — chief petitioners must collect 1,000 sponsorship signatures before the Attorney General will draft an official ballot title.

No citizen initiatives on the November 2026 ballot. Oregon's 2026 cycle currently shows only one entry — a recall petition against Governor Tina Kotek that closed in April 2026 without qualifying. The remaining 49 tracked petitions target the 2028, 2030, and 2032 ballots. The Legislature may still place referrals on the 2026 ballot.
